Cloud computing is in a permanent state of flux. The rapid evolution and revolution of cloud computing, and the technologies that underpin it, have created a disconnect of understanding between much of the computing industry and the non-computing businesses that rely on it. This disconnect has created uncertainty for many businesses about what cloud computing really is, where it fits in their organisation and what can be realistically achieved by leveraging it.

Who are we?

Cloudflux Consulting was founded by Nick Chapman in 2016. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the industry and a wide breadth of skills honed in senior technical roles in organisations spanning both traditional enterprise and cloud service provider spaces. As such, he is uniquely positioned to help businesses bridge the understanding gap, and work with them to discern where these technologies can be integrated into their organisations both now and in the future.

What do we do?

Primarily we consult on cloud infrastructure and its constituent components. That could mean the more traditional private cloud stack (Virtualisation, Storage, Networking), next generation iterations of this stack, for example, Software Defined Storage and Networking, or full blown public cloud services. We are a proudly independent consultancy, and as such, offer impartial, vendor agnostic advice, aimed at guiding your business in the right direction.
